Pink Canyon Necklace:
I'm not usually big into light pink, but I found these stunning pink Botswana agate slabs at a show and knew I could do something cool with them. They have a unique and rare matte finish, and you can see flecks of bronze, copper, white and several shades of pinks, which made these multi-color freshwater pearls the perfect match! I also have been waiting for the perfect chance to use these unusual leopard jasper beads that have shades of brown, pink, cream and gray and voila! this beautiful and elegant statement necklace practically designed itself! And just in time for Valentine's Day!
Made to fit as a choker, this one-of-a-kind necklace is 17" in length and lies gracefully along the collar bone as can be seen on the mannequin. I have also make an enchanting Pink Canyon Heart Charm Bracelet to go as well as two styles of earrings. Check these all out in my Valentine's Day Collection.
After creating this brilliant choker necklace, the color palette of pinks, copper and bronzes reminded me of the unique sandstone canyons out in the Southwest, and specifically Pink Canyon in the Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada.
