Shipping Rates 

I ship using calculated shipping rates, so you will have several options at checkout which will be based on your item weights. 

As shipping rates have gone up significantly, I am now offering FREE standard shipping on all US orders with a minimum of $150 and am no longer able to offer free shipping on International orders. 

Virginia Residents: A 6% sales tax will be added to your order. 

Shipment times:

I usually ship within 24 hours. This of course does not include any custom jewelry orders or special requests. 

Custom orders or recreations of pieces that have sold will each vary and I will give you an estimate when you inquire about the specific jewelry. I would say custom orders average 2 to 3 weeks depending on materials I need to order and how busy I am.

*Please keep in mind that shipping times during the holidays will usually be a little longer. 

 

Notice to International Customers:

The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; I have no control over these charges, nor can I predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimate.
Once packages shipped via USPS International service arrive in the country of origin, I can no longer track them. So if your package ends up missing, there is nothing I can do about it on my end unless it gets shipped back to me and that only happens if the address is incorrect. So if your country has an unreliable mail system or you just want to be able to track the package the whole way, choose an upgraded service like DHL. I am not responsible for lost packages outside of the United States.
**I highly recommend shipping DHL. I have had many packages returned lately that were not claimed in customs using regular mail services.
