I want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at XO Gallery. I am an independent artist designing and creating all of my own jewelry, curating the bead collections and hand-selecting the beads and other goods I sell. I also package and ship everything personally. I have very high standards and want my customers to love their jewelry and beads and fair trade goodies as much as I do. All of the jewelry I make is very special and unique and whether bought for oneself or given as a gift, I want the recipient to be excited about the jewelry and confident and comfortable when wearing it.
I give detailed descriptions and clear pictures of each piece of everything I sell to give you a really good idea of what you will be receiving. But if you have any questions about anything,

Exchange or Store Credit
If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the original, unused condition in which it was sent/received. I do not issue refunds, but you can exchange it for something more suitable to your tastes or get store credit for the purchase price minus the shipping fees.

How to Return
Please
e-mail me and notify me of any problem with your order or of any intention to return an item. I will usually ask you to return the item to me using a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance. I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and will give you the address when you contact me.
Returns for Resizing
Because I accurately describe lengths of necklaces and request neck measurements for collar necklaces and wrist measurements for bracelets, any requests for resizing are usually the customer’s responsibility. I generally do not charge to resize, but you will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs.
*I take into consideration the size of the beads when making bracelets, so make sure you give me the measurement of your wrist and not the length you think the bracelet should be. I generally make bracelets to fit a little loosely so they ride up on the hand a little bit. If you like your bracelets particularly loose or tight, let me know this when you order.
Gift Returns
If you received a gift from XO Gallery and would like to return it, you can do so within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please e-mail me your intention to return and once I receive the item, I will issue you a store credit for the full amount minus shipping charges, so you can choose something more suited to your tastes.
Jewelry Care
As with all jewelry, proper care should be taken to maintain your piece in a good condition. You should always put your jewelry on after using any cosmetics or perfume. And try to remember to take it off before washing your hands, using household chemicals, or going in the pool or ocean. However, even with proper care, slight natural defects can occur in gemstones over time causing chipping or breaking and threads can slowly deteriorate causing fraying and stretching. And of course accidents can happen causing your jewelry to break (especially those of you with little children)!
I want you to be able to wear your jewelry for a long time, so if something does happen to your piece of XO jewelry, please contact me. The nature of the problem will determine the repair fees. I can generally give you an estimate once you have emailed me with a description of the problem. Your jewelry is meant to be worn and body oils even help to keep the metals from tarnishing. So please enjoy your jewelry and wear it often! Keeping silver and gold in ziplock bags helps to keep it from tarnishing too.
