Yes, I design and create all of the jewelry I sell. Almost all of my pieces are one-of-a-kind. Even when I recreate jewelry designs, there will be some variation.

I have made thousands of pieces of jewelry over the years and most of them are pictured in my Gallery or Custom sections underneath the Jewelry heading. If you are interested in any of these, just contact me and I will let you know if I can recreate them. Usually I can replicate the overall look even if I cannot get the exact beads.

YES! I love creating pieces just for my customers! About half of my business is creating custom jewelry. I have started a CUSTOM jewelry page and I also post most of my designs in my GALLERY. I also can recreate pieces you may already have; I do this quite often for my local customers who have jewelry that needs some updating or upsizing! Or if you have a pendant or special coin, etc., we can create a piece of jewelry out of it.

Once I have a good idea of what you want, I will request half of the estimated amount as a deposit and then the balance once your design is perfect!

Yes, I offer Shop Pay which lets you make 4 installments on any orders of $50 or more. You will see it as an option when you go to checkout.

I rarely have sales. As an independent artist creating mostly one-of-a-kind items, I do not buy most of my materials in bulk. So sales are not very profitable for me. I use top quality materials and beads and gemstones, pendants and metals are much more expensive than one might think, not to mention the shipping supplies, trips to bead shows, running a website, and all of the other overhead costs. When I do have sales, I will advertise in my newsletter which you can sign up for at the bottom of the page. And I do offer a 15% off Join the TRIBE discount for signing up for my newsletter.

With the exception of custom jewelry, I ship everything out within a day. Custom pieces or redesigns average about 2 weeks, but this depends on many factors including materials I may need to order to create the design.

Once packages leave the USA, it is up to the receiving country to continue updating the tracking. I cannot be responsible for lost packages, so if you're country does not have reliable mail service, please choose DHL, UPS or FedEx for shipping.
