BOLD and Beautiful! This ethnic Tibetan-inspired choker necklace is a one-of-a-kind, exotic necklace and it is a definite head turner and conversation started! In fact it looks like it is right from Nepal and is bursting with soul and culture. These beautiful copal amber resin beads are from Tibet and are made using molds and tree resin to mimic amber. The large hammered silver bead was handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal by skilled artisans. The stunning and elaborate cones on both ends are white bronze replicas of ancient jewelry from Afghanistan and they are cast right here in the U.S. The brass rings are from Ghana and are hand cast using the ancient lost wax method.
This captivating necklace is 18" in length but fits like a choker because of the bead size. And it has a 4" chain extender.
