Shipping Information
With the exception of APO/FPO addresses, we currently use Fedex Express for all of our US domestic shipping needs. Fedex Express is fast, reliable, and guaranteed with all packages insured and trackable. All international orders are shipped via Priority Mail International through the US Postal Service. Use the chart below to find out your shipping costs.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes? No.
Will I be taxed? A 5% state tax will be added to Virginia customers only in the United States.
Why do you want my phone number? Fedex requires a phone number for delivery in case of any delivery problems. The only other time your number would be used is to contact you concerning your order.
When will I get my package? One-of-a-kind items are already created with the possible need for size adjustment. These items will ship out by the end of the next business day. All other items are made after the order is placed and will be shipped upon completion of the items ordered. Most items will ship within a week, with some taking up to 2 weeks depending on both complexity of design and availability of materials. We will e-mail you with an estimated shipment date after receiving the order.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has shipped. With the exception of APO/FPO orders, a Fedex tracking number will be provided for all US orders. Most Fedex 2-Day packages arrive by 4:30 on the second business day. Fedex International Economy usually ships to Puerto Rico in 3 to 5 days. Priority Mail International orders usually arrive in 6 to 10 days.
Can I ship to multiple addresses? We have not included this in our checkout system. It seems to be less confusing for everyone if separate orders are placed for each address. Because shipping is included to all U.S. addresses, shipping costs are not an issue to most customers.
