Multi-Strand Bone and Red Porcelain Heart Necklace

Fiery red porcelain hearts stand out against a background of earthy brass and bone beads in this unique four strand necklace design. All of the brass in this neckpiece is from Africa with the large bicone beads at either end of the piece specifically coming from Cameroon. The porcelain hearts are shaped and kiln-fired and finished with a special glaze creating a smooth and shiny coating. The brown, black, orange and green heishi beads are all bone that has been dyed to achieve these wonderfully earthy colors.

This handcrafted artisan necklace closes with a large brass lobster clasp and can be adjusted in length using the brass chain. The shortest strand measures 15" in length while the longest is approximately 22".
