Mojave Bracelet

I purchased this awesome turquoise in Arizona, which is famous for its blue turquoise most often seen in the southwestern designs used with silver and coral. I researched this vivid green turquoise and it looks like it is mined in Nevada and is relatively rare. From my research, it looks like the Nevada mines that still have green turquoise are Carico Lake, Damale and Orvil Jack. There are so many turquoise substitutes and so much dyed turquoise out on the market today, I can’t be sure where this particular turquoise originated from. But based on the fact that I bought it from a very reputable source in Arizona and the price of it, I am thinking it may be naturally mined in the Southwest. For some reason the trade name for this lime green turquoise is Mojave Turquoise though and I can’t figure out why, but that is why I named the piece Mojave.
The gold accents bring out the yellows in the turquoise and even enhance the lime color of the piece. I love the combination of gold and green and think they perfectly contrast and harmonize together, especially the molten-like golden chips. And the rhinestones add an elegant reflective property and give the bracelet some glitz and glimmer.
This unique bracelet is a one-of-a-kind piece of art-to-wear jewelry. I can make other similar bracelets, but no two will be alike as this lime green turquoise is very hard to find and when available, the hue, size and shape of the beads vary greatly in. The bracelet closes with an awesome oversize Bali sterling silver toggle clasp and will be adjusted to fit the requested wrist size.
